Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency, please read our return and refund rules carefully.


1. Return Eligibility (3-Day Policy)

We offer a 3-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Damaged Product Received

If the item arrives damaged, torn, defective, or unusable.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you received an incorrect item, wrong size (different from what you ordered), or wrong color.

No other return reasons are accepted.
This includes reasons like dislike of product, size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.


2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition as delivered

  • Include its original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Have proper proof such as photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product

Returns without verification proof may be denied.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items without proof of issue

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories, intimate wear, or hygiene-related products

  • Items returned after the 3-day window


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service

If rejected:

  • The item will be returned back to you

  • No refund will be issued


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Wrongly shipped

Include your order number and product photos/videos.


7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to our physical address (will be provided by our support team during return approval).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
