12. Service, Orders, Pricing & Payments

13. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

DACSHA AND WARDROBE may charge a COD fee (if applicable).
COD may be disabled for accounts with high return or non-acceptance rates.

Customers must ensure correct details for refunds.

14. Store Credits

• Issued at our discretion

• Non-transferable

• Cannot be converted to cash

• Valid for 12 months

• Misuse may lead to revocation

• Returned orders paid by store credit will be refunded in credits only

15. Shipping Charges

A shipping charge of ₹99 may apply and is non-refundable for returns or cancellations.

16. Discount Coupons

Coupons:

• Are non-transferable

• Have an expiry date

• Cannot be resold or exchanged for cash

• May be canceled if misuse is detected

17. Shipping & Delivery

Users must provide accurate shipping details.

Delivery time ranges from 12 hours to 10 days depending on location.

Daksha and Wardrobe is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

Claims regarding delivery issues must be raised within 48 hours of delivery status.

18. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Daksha and Wardrobe follows the Return & Refund Policy displayed on the platform.
