* Adult with authorization to manage finances and make digital transactions.

## 3. The Platform

### Pricing & Product Information

* We strive for accuracy but mistakes may happen. We fix errors promptly and inform affected users.
* Prices include all taxes. Shipping charges may apply for orders below INR 1499/- (INR 49/-) and are clearly shown at checkout.
* Payment options: Online payment, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (subject to logistic feasibility).

### Order Placement & Confirmation

* You’ll receive a confirmation message after successful payment.
* Orders can be **canceled** until they reach “Ready to Ship” status. Post that, you may ask the delivery agent to take it back.
* Order changes (item, quantity, address) are not possible; cancellation and new order placement is required.
* Rare cancellations may occur due to:

* Incorrect/untraceable address
* Damaged package during transit
* Out-of-stock or failed quality check
* Product/pricing error
* Payment authorization failure
* Shipping restrictions
* Other reasons at our discretion

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the source account including shipping fees.

## 4. Shipping & Delivery

* Free delivery for orders above INR 1499/-
* Estimated delivery time is shared at order confirmation
* **Same Day Delivery (SDD)** for certain pincodes; SDD fee: INR 99/-
* Delivery attempts: 3; packages undelivered after 3 attempts will not be rescheduled
* Only accept DakshaandWardrobe-sealed packages; report damaged/repacked packages immediately
* Correct address and contact details are essential for timely delivery

## 5. Returns & Exchanges

### Return Policy

* Return within 15 days of delivery
* Must be in original condition, packaging, and tags
* Non-returnable items: Innerwear, swimwear, makeup, face/body products, or items marked non-returnable

### Return Procedure

1. Create return request from **Orders section**
2. Estimated pickup date will be provided
3. Delivery agent picks up properly packed product
4. Quality & hygiene check performed
5. Refund initiated to source account (prepaid) or payout link (COD)

### Exchange

* Use the **Orders section** to request exchange for desired size
* Return rules apply for exchanges

### Fair Play

* Accounts may be revoked if unusual activity is detected, e.g., high returns, altered/damaged items, etc.
* Legal action may be taken for fraudulent returns

## 6. DakshaandWardrobe Coupons

* Coupons may be issued to reward shopping; terms provided at issuance
* We reserve the right to cancel coupons/accounts if misuse or fraud is suspected
* Influencer coupons may have specific product/store applicability; check details before use
